Patterns & Gradings
Patterns and gratings are invaluable, and that's why we work closely with designers to ensure great fitting and to execute according to the highest industry standards. We do our best everyday to make our clients proud and confident of what they are selling.
Cutting & Sewing
We hand cut with extreme care (for stripes) or use our automatic cutting machine to be as precise as possible. Then, each step of the assembly is made by specialized workers to ensure quality and consistency between different batches of the same product.
Ironing & Packaging
At the end of the production process, we manually iron and package all our products to ensure the best final appearance of our products. This is also the last stage of our 5-step quality control in which we remove all products that are not in perfect conditions.
